Glen Park Primary School

Success for all, through learning together

School Uniform

.At Glen Park Primary we believe that school uniform helps to promote:

  • Good behaviour
  • The children’s sense of identity
  • A positive school image
  • Avoids comparison of often costly ‘designer labels’.

We believe that all our children should wear our school uniform and take pride in their appearance.  Our uniform is designed to be simple, smart and practical. We believe that presenting a smart and tidy appearance is a very important life skill and helps create a strong ethos within the school. We encourage the wearing of uniform and request that parents support this. Uniform can be branded with the school logo or unbranded, this is optional.

Purchasing uniform

For our branded uniform, we use either School Trends  at www.schooltrends.co.uk/uniform/glen_park_primary_school_PL7_2DE or Trutex School wear, who are based in Sugar Mill Business Park. They  both provide a range of uniform with the school’s logo. Uniform can be bought from Trutex at their uniform shop, which is open between 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday, or on-line.  For further information please visit their website at  www.plymouthonlinestore.trutex.com

We also promote the purchasing of unbranded uniform that can be purchased from local supermarkets as long as it matches our school colours of navy blue and yellow.
